The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, embeds no social media trackers and has no accounts or sign-up forms. It does not publish taxpayer identification numbers or any record about an individual taxpayer or firm.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. As with any website, the hosting servers receive your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept by the host for a short period under its own policy and are not used here to profile visitors.

The Tax CRMP saves your draft in your own browser (local storage) so it is there when you return. It never leaves your device unless you export or save it yourself, and clearing your browser data removes it. The calculators in the Tax Lab run in your browser and send nothing you enter.

Figures come from published, aggregate sources: the Uganda Revenue Authority's data books and annual reports, the Uganda Bureau of Statistics, Acts of Parliament, court judgments published by ULII, and international datasets, each cited where it is used. Court judgments are public records, cited by their published names. Example companies in the tools are invented and labelled so.

Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 (and, for visitors from Europe, the GDPR), you may ask what personal data is held about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Because the site keeps none beyond the host's logs and any email you send, most requests can be answered at once. Write to Kaijamahe Walter Hillary at the address above.
